At 12th Dimension llc, we believe in the power of ceremony to transform lives. I specialize in modalities that transform PAIN to POWER! We do this at the highest level integrating on the locations of mind, body and soul. It's time we stop burying the pain and the past. The only way to heal is through it, to feel it and release it by transformational alchemy. We spend a lot of time in our life burying these pains and traumas deep down into chambers within our body that ultimately closes access to the heart, causing a feeling of separation and victimhood. This further prevents one from engaging in deep levels of love and trust in relationships until we heal these parts of ourselves.
You must be ready to change though. Change how you have been feeling, thinking and believing. To change perspective by looking for the lesson and understanding the lesson no matter how painful. When one integrates the lessons into their lives the gifts and treasures reveal themselves.

Through Shamanic Journeying, you will be guided to look inward, evaluate your progress to refocus and set new intentions that are in alignment with your spiritual journey. After the shamanic journey, we will create intentions jars from the journey for you to take home to foster your intentions. Gather at 1 pm, ceremony starts at 2 pm. Afterwards I will provide a root vegetable soup for grounding and community time.

Cacao Ceremony and Somatic Breathwork New Moon Workshop and let the magic of the universe guide you towards a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you. Reserve your spot now and step into the infinite possibilities that await you!Shelly will call in the Quero lineage in ceremonial fashion to help us heal with sacred plants and breath. We will sit in sacred circle and drink cacao while doing a heart opening meditation. After, we will move into the breathwork session and have time for integration before we close ceremony.Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for the breathwork. We will be on the ground.Lastly, here is a list of contraindications for Breathwork and cacao:If you relate to any of these you may still participate, but should do so at a reduced intensity, go light wiht the breathing, 30-40% intensity, and most imposrtanly, listen to your body and intution.-No pregnant mammas.-For persons with cardiovascular problems, history of seizers or epilepsy, significantly high blood pressure, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness.
